1. Overview

At PaybyCal, we want you to have a positive experience with our nutrition and wellness programs. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted.

2. Consultation & One-Time Services

Fees paid for one-time consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Program Refund Window

For our monthly or multi-month programs (1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month plans):

  • Within 3 days of enrolment — if you have not yet received a personalized diet plan or attended your first coaching session, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment-gateway fee.
  • After 3 days or once a plan has been shared — refunds are not available because we have already customized your program and allocated coach time.

4. Water Fasting Program

Due to the intensive one-to-one supervision and preparation involved, our water fasting programs are non-refundable once the program starts. You may request a rescheduling up to 48 hours before the start date.

5. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

If you are unable to continue a program due to a genuine medical emergency documented by a doctor, please email us at support@paybycal.com. We will review your case and may offer a prorated credit toward a future program.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@paybycal.com with:

  • Your name and registered phone number
  • Program name and enrolment date
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Promotional/discounted programs clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
  • Digital downloads (e-books, printable plans) after delivery.
  • Gift purchases once redeemed.
